Palazzo Medici Riccardi

I am visiting Florence in June. I cannot find anywhere to book tickets for the Palazzo Medici Riccardi. I have tried to official website but that doesn't seem to be working.

I don't think I've ever found a line there! You just go and they put you in the next group to go into the Magi chapel (where each small group only has about 5 minutes total) and then you can roam through the rest of the museum on your own time.
