Wine tours departuring from Follonica

You can most definitely get to Follonica by train so you don't need a car. But the only way to visit the area will be with a tour or private driver.
I found this driver operates in the coastal area: https://ncc-autoconautista-acquafresca.it/
Here is the website for the local tourism office, I would suggest you check it out to see what it on offer during your stay: https://follonicaonline.it/en/ You can likely stop in while there and ask them what they recommend as far as wine tours. You aren't exactly surrounded by vineyards there, you have to go south to Maremma or north to Bolgheri to get into the wine areas.
Ask where you're staying at: they might offer suggestions too as far as how to move around if you have no car. They could arrange the driver for you.

Welcome to the forum! It sounds like you're planning a great trip to Follonica and I'm sure you'll have a great time. Have you considered taking a guided tour? There are several companies that offer wine tours in the region which could be a great way to explore the vineyards and sample some of the local wines. Alternatively, you could try to find a local that knows the area and see if they'd be willing to take you around. I'm sure you'll find something that works for you. Good luck!

Yes, i have tried to look a guided tour departuring from Follonica (or a winery that has a shuttle-service), but have’t found.. Do you have any tips? I have asked from different places (my hotel, Follonica tourist info), but they don’t know..
