Accomodation for 6 for 3 months

Hello
We are taking our family (2 adults and 4 kids) to Italy next year and are looking for accommodation for around three to four months from mid April 2018. We would like somewhere with access to a train station (by walking or nearby bus) and somewhere large enough so we can accommodate any other family members (my aunt and father ) who may come for short stays.
All options considered, including a house swap for our four bed roomed house in Queenstown New Zealand.

If you are looking for something in the countryside, you might want to look at Villa Laura It is near a train station and a bus station and there are lots of local activities for the kids.
