Agriturismo in Siena Area -- Help Needed!

Hello :)
My husband and I are visiting Tuscany in August and I am hoping to book our accommodations very soon.. I have most of our trip planned.. but the Tuscan portion has stumped me. I haven't been able to find exactly what I am looking for..

Siena seems like a good homebase for exploring towns like Pienza, Montepulciano, and Chianti (but I am open to staying in another nearby town).

Does anyone have a place they'd recommend that is rustic (not modern), offers cooking classes, includes breakfast, has animals or a farm/vineyard, and has a pool?

I dream of sitting in a backyard staring out an the countryside with wine and cheese in hand. Enjoying the animals and garden in the morning time. Learning about the culture and cooking by interacting with the owners and guests too.. Basically soaking up La Dolce Vita! :)

Last night, I came across Fagiolari in Panzano in Chianti. Do you think that region would be good for exploring wineries and small towns (compared to Siena as homebase)? http://www.fagiolari.it/

Libbiano and Cunina offering cooking classes directly, but don't sweat that part out. If you fall in love with a place, get one with your own kitchen and then have the ladies from Kitchen Chez Nous come to you for the cooking lesson:

Romitorio di Serelle is absolutely "dreamy" as far as the views and the vineyards go, although Libbiano is also surrounded by them.

All of these places are not far from southern Tuscany, you can most definitely head there for day trips.

Would Panzano be a good location for exploring small towns in Chianti? I came across Fagiolari (in Panzano) and I think it sounds really nice.. Are there neat things to explore in that region?

Panzano is in the center of all the places we have mentioned and linked to above, so yes, it is a good base!

You are in Chianti so the main thing to do is wine tastings, lots of it ;-)
Exploring the small towns, walks and visiting small churches in the middle of the countryside.

I recommend you make your way to Badia di Passignano, a really neat cool abbey/monastery that recently has reopened to show off neat frescoes by Ghirlandaio!
