Hi, we are staying in agriturismo in Monteriggioni Siena on the 8th for 3 nights. After that we will continue elsewhere in Tuscany, I am still figuring out the route.
In the meanwhile I pinpoint some nice places to see and wondered when it is best to visit them, on Saturday, Sunday or on weekdays . what will be open and whether they have some fairs or events. we will not visit all but I thought about - San Gimignano, Certaldo, Siena, Colle di Val d'Elsa, Monteriggioni, Florence, Volterra.
Thank you.

Yes, most definitely all those places should be on your list. How to distribute them will depend on the overall plan you come up with as regards to before and after those nights. I think you should see the smaller towns on the weekends, that's when they have markets and fairs, particularly on Sundays. Leave Florence and Siena to a weekday, they are larger and might be a bit less crowded on a weekday. Not a fast rule but general, you can never know how things go.
