Question: Which paintings by Botticelli will be able to be seen in the Uffizi in May 2016? I know the Botticelli room is closed and some works are on loan to the Victoria & Albert Museum in London.

Boticellis at the Uffizzi

I just saw at Uffizi.org that the Primavera and Birth of Venus are in Hall 41 while the normal hall for them is closed.

You can see several Botticelli works in hall 41 while the restoration of the original Botticelli rooms is underway. You can see the "Birth of Venus" and "Spring" as well as several other works by Botticelli in that room that are lesser known but no less beautiful.
When the renovated rooms will reopen has not yet been announced, so I am thinking by May the works will still be in progress. If not, then you will be able to see all of the Botticelli paintings back in their original space but with better lighting!!
