Disabled tickets

Please tell me if non-EU (I'm from USA) disabled persons (in wheelchair) are entitled to free admission to Uffizi and Acadamia.

Sorry to say but the free ticket only refers to EU citizens: http://www.uffizi.org/museum/admission-tickets/
The Uffizi and Accademia are under the same supervising office/board (Polo Museale), so tickets and admissions have the same policies. So do Bargello, Medici Chapels, Pitti Palace.
