From rome to sienna

Good morning!

I'm planning a visit to Sienna on 13/05/2016. I would like to ask you which is the best way to arrive from Fiumicino Airport at Rome to Siena. From what I've seen is either by train or by bus, but I can't figure out which is the easier/faster way.

There is a recently new shuttle from Rome airports to Siena, passing through Grosseto.
I am thinking this is your best solution to avoid several train changes in Rome and along the way to Siena.
