Galleria Degli Uffizi - Date Change

Hello,

We bought 2 tickets for the Uffizi Gallery. The ticket also includes Pitti Palace and Boboli Gardens. We were surprised to see that the date on the tickets does not correspond to what we had planned. April 16 instead of April 13. Do you know if it is possible to change dates or to get a refund?

While I know this is late for you (I'm sorry to be late but on the 11th I was busy delivering a baby boy LOL!), I'll answer since it might help others:


If you buy tickets from the official reseller, the b-ticket website, there is NO POSSIBILITY to make any changes to tickets. If you buy from other resellers, they often do offer the possibility to make a change with a small penalty charge.
