Having difficulties in getting a refund from Fattoria Il Lago

We had to cancel a reservation (for next Sept-2017) due to changes in our plans. I made a 500 euro deposit and have trying to get my refund for over 4 months now:( Do you have any suggestions on how I can obtain my refund? I have written many times and get the response will be done shortly but never seems to happen. Any help would be appreciated...

Sorry to hear you've had problems in getting the refund from Fattoria il Lago, I am sure it isn't policy to ignore following up on something they've said they'll do. I will do what I can and contact them as well and see if I can help you sort this out!

I got a reply from Francesco from Fattoria il Lago who says he has been in touch and apologizes for the delay, that you should most certainly be seeing your refund shortly.
