Hotel near Florence Airport with many rooms and conference facilities?

I am looking for a 4 or 5 star hotel with a minumum of 170 guest rooms and some conference facilities in Tuscany. It needs to be no more than a 40 minute drive from Florence Airport.
Can you recommed somewhere?

There are many large hotels near the airport, all with conference facilities. You can see a partial list here:

The only hotel with at least the 170 rooms you request for is the Novotel Nord Firenze Aeroporto Hotel, with 180 rooms.
