If you need water and electricity hookups, I would suggest you look into staying at the campsite right by Piazzale Michelangelo (http://www.ecvacanze.it/en/camping/camping-in-town/camping-michelangelo)
The same company has another on Via Generale della Chiesa, near the exit from the A1 from Firenze Sud as it arrives into Florence (http://www.ecvacanze.it/en/camping/camping-in-town/area-di-sosta-camping-firenze).
Otherwise, the parking spots along Lungarno Aldo Moro would be the best bet, there is quite a bit of space to park there, otherwise just past the Obihall along Via Fabrizio di Andre right by the river. Parking is free after 8pm until 8am, otherwise you do pay along the street.
