Olive Oil Tours Near Florence

We are a party of 3 adults looking to do an olive oil tour somewhere near Florence in September. Can anyone recommend a place that does regular/daily tours? Thank you!
 
Just olive oil tastings or wine as well? I found this group tour which sounds like a good mix as it also includes time hiking/walking outdoors:

Otherwise, I'd go directly to one of the main estates that grow both olives as well as grapes, they do tastings for both. Some suggestions:
