Questions on Italy

Hello,

Me and my family are looking forward to our trip to Italy from 6th-20th June, we are staying in Florence for the first week, and at a campsite in Tuscany for the second week.

We want to know if there are any authentic Italian music events on during this time in florence that we could see. Perhaps Opera/ classical music?

I've found only these concerts around Florence for the period of June 6-11 :

Concert by Orchestra Giovanile Italiana conductor Andrey Boreyko music by Igor Markevitc, Čajkovskij
on June 7 at the Maggio Musicale Theater

L'Orecchio nell'Occhio. Concert directed by Christian Benda, Andrea Tacchi violino, music by
Vivaldi and Händel
on June 8 at Teatro Verdi

The Orchestra da Camera Fiorentina will play Mozart and Vivaldi concerts at the Orsanmichele Museum on 12 and 13 of June.

Not exactly "authentic italian music" but great events!
