Reduced price tickets

It's hard to find out from sites what gets you reduced price tickets. I'm 70, my wife 64, living in Paris. Are there reductions for us at the big museums ?

I see you'e more or less answered this in another thread. And the answer seems to be No. But if there's any update, I'd appreciate it. We'll be there in 10 days or so.

It would certainly appear that the museums in the area award the young more than the older crowd - which is too bad :(

However, it really varies from venue to venue. Just be sure and ASK when you buy your ticket. 64 since many places use 65 as a cut off, but at 70...
