There are officially two sales periods in all of Italy, regulated by law!
The winter one starts in January and runs through end of February, the summer one starts in July and runs through the end of August.... so even if there are no "official" sales in November, you might still find some good prices on what you're looking for! Depends what kinds of shopping you were planning to do
