Shopping for Shoes!

I have a very long and narrow foot, very difficult to find shoes to fit.
Sz 41.5 or 42 and in Cdn/US sizing a AAAA width!
I would LOVE to buy shoes while here in Florence or Venice but don't know where
To start looking. Any advice?

I think you'll find it hard to find shoes in your size even in Florence already made - my suggestion would be to look for cobblers that would make shoes just for you in your size. Might not be cheap but then you'd know they should be the perfect size!!
