Spiral Staircase in Florence Library

I found this photo of a beautiful spiral staircase that was labeled Florence library without any further information. Does anyone know if this is actually in Florence and if they allow visitors?

I have actually never seen this here in Florence, I don't think it might be in Florence, Italy -- it looks too modern! :D

If you search google, you'll see there are several Florence's in the US as well! Maybe it's a library in one of those?
