Tuscan Recipe Inspiration

Does anyone have any Tuscan recipes that include tomatoes, parmesan cheese and olive oil? I’m sure there are heaps of them!
Just found a competition to win a villa holiday in Tuscany if I submit a great recipe... I need some sun!
