We will be in Florence on Christmas day. What can be visited, all museums are closed, aren't they?
Will restaurants (or trattoria, osteria etc.) be opend?
Thanks for informations.
definitely count on the museums being closed for Christmas day and though many restaurants will not be opening their doors for the holidays, there will still be plenty that will be open. However, I do strongly suggest that you make reservations to ensure a place. This is normally a time for families to spend together, but you will see that in the afternoon the streets will slowly fill up with people looking to stretch their legs after the enormous lunch and the atmosphere will be magical.
