There is Groupon in Italy, the website is https://www.groupon.it/
There is also Groupalia - http://www.groupalia.it/tempo-libero/Firenze
While occasionally there are some offers related to museums - such as this guided visit to the Uffizi - I don't see them come up that often. There are many offers related to restaurants and hotels.
I don't know rules well enough to advice whether it is possible to buy these deals or not without an Italian credit card, but I suppose you can still try!
