Hi..Going to Tuscany region (Cinque Terre".) and wondering is Livorno a good place to stay to travel to all 5 coastal towns?

No, Livorno is actually not that close to the five towns of the Cinque Terre. I would suggest you actually plan to stay at one of the towns for at least a night and use those two days to visit all of them. Then move on to Tuscany to visit other areas. I assume you will have enough time to visit the main sights? What period of the year are you coming?

Perfect, with 2 weeks you will have time to stay there and also stay in another are or two in Tuscany to see more parts of the region.

Corniglia is not the town I would have started off recommending since it is at the top of a cliff and you either hike down the path to Vernazza or down (and back up) about 80 steps to get to the train station. It is perfect for hiking!

TY! We are only there for 3 days then off to Milan to meet the Insight tour group to travel around Italy's other cities.
