How do I get an earlier time slot for my Leaning Tower climb?

I am planning to visit on Oct 30 in the morning, but on this page there is only the option to purchase a climb ticket after 4pm. Is there a way to get a climb in the morning?

One way would be to join an organized tour that visits Pisa in the morning. They have blocks of tickets already booked and many tours include entrance. Have a look here:
