I returning a rental car to National/Enterprise at Via Maso Finiguerra 31R in Florence. Any suggestions how to avoid the ZTL zones?

I do not have the car now but will be renting the car in Siena and returning to Florence. I can return to the airport too but found the Via Maso Finiguerra site on their website. If you look at Google map street view from February 2022, you can see some signage for National/Enterprise and and a location of inside the Grand Hotel Adriatico. I can easily ask when I pick up the car in Siena. Thanks for all of your help; it is most helpful. Are you renting out of that same office? Do you already have the car? I am trying to understand whether you already picked up the car, because if you haven't, then you can ask them for the route on a map so you know the exact route they recommend.
You will have to enter the ZTL to return the car right to that address, as that street is in the ZTL. If that is where they tell you to return it, then they know you have to enter the ZTL to get to them and therefore they should then mark the car's license plate on the system so that it doesn't get the fine.
To be honest, I don't know exactly where the cars are parked and where they get both picked up and returned, I will have to go scope the place out. I've never seen a sign for "car returns", at least not recently, so I am not sure whether the entrance to the garage where they are kept is right at the same office or not. If it were around the corner on Borgo Ognissanti, that street is NOT inside the ZTL so then you don't need to enter the ZTL to return the car so then if you do, they might not clear the license plate for the ZTL.
Here is the best route as far as Google maps goes - see that it tells you that you go into a "toll road"? that's what the ZTL is for them, it is not clearly indicated as a ZTL which is not clear for those who don't know the town - https://maps.app.goo.gl/Lx5LKHhVK7szXCW16
You have been a godsend!!!! I can't thank you enough!!!Perfect! The location in Siena should be able to help with indications on the best route for the car return. I actually found this more recent pic shared by users on Google maps https://maps.app.goo.gl/7oVVwezqRtLwraQM7
Which shows that there is a driveway and the parking lot is underground. So it would seem that to get to that spot you WILL have to go into the ZTL anyways. The route that Google maps indicates is going to be the best one and I’d follow that. Just make sure to have them add the license plate to the whitelist before you leave, you most definitely don’t want to find out months later they didn’t and then get a fine back home.
Safe travels and let me know if I can help with any other questions!
