Personally I have never done a Segway Tour (anywhere) - just riding a bike in the city center of Florence makes me nervous.

I also don't see a need for Segways in Florence. The dimentions of the city center are not so big, you can easily cover it by foot, which is more safe, because city traffic is really intensive and it's a mix of cars, motorcicles, bicycles and pedestrians. So be careful taking a Segway, especially in rush hours.
