Can you give me an approx taxi fare from Green Park Resort Tirrenia to Pisa Centrale? or any details on public transport?

Take a look at http://www.pisa.cttnord.it/
and do a search on the left column putting in the Green park resort as your destination. It essentially says bus 6 and then bus 10 will be required and take from 45-50 min.
The taxi - looking at fares on the taxi website - http://www.cotapi.it/en/our-services-call-us-we-are-ready-to-serve-you/fares-outer-city-run
should be around 40 euro (count some extra charges if you travel weekends or nights).
This is approximate, as taxi cost still runs by the meter.

Hmm. I thought taxi in Tuscany should have been more expensive. I will consider that option too, because bus or train schedule doesn't fit me usually((
