Transfers of Flix bus

We want to travel to Florence from Nice . The bus service is Flix. But however the bus has some transfer. I need to know that the transfer requires us to go to another area outside the bus station or it is in the same location
Like Genoa.
From.Nice to Genoa , halt for 1hr 55 mins and then another bus from Genoa to Florence Villa costanza.
How did one go to the city center on reaching Villa costanza?
 
I believe all FLIX buses now stop only at Florence's Villa Costanza, which is a parking/rest stop stop off the A1 toll highway. It is also the stop where the T1 tram line starts and heads into Florence. Any Flix transfers are done there.

If you want to get to the center of Florence, just hop on the tram: tickets can be bought from machines right at the stop so it is easy to use. Just make sure to stick that ticket you just bought INTO THE MACHINES ON THE TRAM once you get on the tram, because it stamps the date and time on the ticket and makes it valid. If you don't print date and time on the ticket, the ticket is not valid and you can be fined!! This is because the ticket doesn't need to be used right away, it is just a ticket to be used whenever you want. What makes it valid is that you print the date and time when you actually want to use it, thus in essence, "activating" it.

As far as tours to Pisa and Siena go, I would suggest the group tours that make it easy to go places without having to worry about bus or train schedules and, if visiting a winery, let you drink without worrying about driving.
