Tuscan vineyard /dinner experience

I am looking for a great dinner experience out in the vineyards and was wondering if anyone had done something like that and could offer up recommendations. Obviously the great food and great wine tasting is a must and cannot be missed Any and all recommendations is greatly appreciated.

obviously, your options are endless in Tuscany - you will find there are way too many to choose from.

My first suggestion would be to look for accommodations in the countryside that feature a restaurant (normally just for the guests) onsite. This way you can really enjoy the experience, and don't have to worry about driving afterward!
