w.c are there public toilets if not what's the routine please.

Public Toilets in Florence

in Florence there are several public toilets, located in different areas of the city. They are on payment and cost from 0,60 to 1 Euro. This is a useful map of toilets in Florence. You can use toilets for free in museums, restaurants and bars. For bars and restaurants you generally have to take something (even just a coffee) and then ask for the bathroom, since they are reserved for clients.
