- Double and single rooms
- Breakfast included
- Possibility of 4–5 group dinners on site
- A room suitable for Tango classes (approximately 50–80 m²)
- Garden and pleasant common areas
- Swimming pool would be appreciated, although it is not essential
- Authentic Tuscan atmosphere
- Premium quality, but not luxury
