Group Accomodation With Seminar Room

Dear Sir or Madam,

I am organizing a small premium Tango retreat in Tuscany from 2 to 11 October 2026 and I am looking for a suitable accommodation for our group.

We expect approximately 16–20 participants (8–10 couples) and are interested in a property in the area of Pisa, San Miniato, Palaia, Capannoli, Lari or nearby.

Our requirements are:

• Accommodation for 16–20 guests
• Double and single rooms
• Breakfast included
• Possibility of 4–5 group dinners on site
• A room suitable for Tango classes (approximately 50–80 m²)
• Garden and pleasant common areas
• Swimming pool would be appreciated, although it is not essential
• Authentic Tuscan atmosphere
• Premium quality, but not luxury

Could you please let me know if you have a suitable property available for these dates, or if you can recommend one?

The first one that came to mind in the area near Pisa was Poggio al Casone Resort - check out our review here: https://www.tuscanyaccommodation.com/poggio-al-casone.html
While they are organized as apartments, most would room two couples, I have read good reviews of it being used for retreats and they do offer the possibility of arranging breakfasts as well as any other meals with a private chef. They have a winery so can also arrange for wine tastings directly on the property, they have the swimming pool - the only doubt I have is whether they have an interior hall large enough for the dance classes. I know they do organize business meetings so I would suggest you contact them directly (there is a form on that page linked above).

Another countryside agriturismo that could work, because it has space for up to 30 guests and halls for the dance lessons, would be I Felloni - https://www.ifelloni.it/ but there is no pool.

A perfect one that would work except it isn't in that area but in Chianti, il Villa il Poggiale - it is a large estate with rooms like a hotel but set in the countryside, has a pool, has breakfast and can cater for other meals as well as hall for the dance classes. Last one that might work but is smaller, you could have the property for your whole group would be Marignolle. It is in the hills overlooking Florence so it gives you the countryside feel but also the convenience of being right outside of the city and easy to get to, if you wanted to include some outing to the city: https://www.tuscanyaccommodation.com/marignolle-relais-and-charme.html

These are to help you in your search -- since October is not too far off, I'd suggesting contacting them as soon as you can considering you would need several rooms and it gets harder if they rented out already some of them.
